Written translation and source content is stored in a secure data center located in Clinton, New Jersey. Please contact us for additional details on how we secure and back-up our systems and to learn more about our disaster recovery planning.

Telephone calls to Responsive Translation customer service are sometimes recorded for training purposes, but telephone interpretation sessions are never recorded.

The personal and financial information we have about you is what you have provided to us. As is necessary, we may use that information in the following circumstances:

Provision of Services. Responsive Translation may use or disclose your personal and financial information in order to provide you with the services you sought.

Payment. Responsive Translation may use or disclose your personal and financial information in order to process the payment for the services you sought.

Service Communications. Responsive Translation may use or disclose your personal and financial information in order to communicate with you about Responsive Translation’s services.

As Required By Law. Responsive Translation will not use or disclose your personal and financial information unless compelled by judicial order.
